Actually everyone is pretty funny.
We just got back from a great week in southern Cal. The weather was great- a little on the warm side, but nothing like here in Clovis!
We hit Legoland on Tuesday which the kids loved!
Wednesday we went to Mission Bay beach and got there about 10 am. It wasn't crowded yet, and although it was still a bit cool, the kids headed straight out to jump the waves. By the time we left a few hours later, the sun was out and the beach was packed. Taylen collected sea shells and Layney was quite content filling and emptying a bucket with sand with her little blue shovel. No one could take it away from her. Dyson somehow managed to score a hot chick, and approached a 20-something girl in a bikini and started playing football with her for 10 minutes or so along the waterline. Go figure!
Thursday we went to Sea World. At first Taylen said she was bored to death, but by the end of the day, she said she wanted to be a dolphin or whale trainer when she gets older. The shamu show really does wonders for kids. The whales are amazing how they interact with people. I'm glad they loved it.
I must say Friday was definitely the "Bust" in the trip. They way down we hit a good deal of L.A. traffic, but coming home was brutal. It took hours to get through L.A. because of dumb things like construction, lanes closed for repairing railings, widening roads, cars overheated, etc. etc. Just when we started moving, we would slow down. Although we hit a ton of bumper to bumper jams, and we did stop for a while for lunch, we made it in 7 hours. Good to be HOME!!!

How funny that Dyson is already picking up on pretty girls. What a nice vacation for you guys! I'm glad you went and I'm glad you're back!
I do have one complaint. Why isn't there a single picture with you in it?!? I hope to see some pic's of you in future posts.=)
These were all taken from my camera- my mom was along and took a bunch from her camera that I have not loaded on yet. I will probably post a few soon.
These are so cute. I love the explanation of the day...Dyson is taking after daddy isn't he. :)
